But, besides that I am really happy that the one she picked out happened to be the anniversary edition . In 2010 a new 35th Anniversary leather seat covers were put on. This is the most visually striking C4 ever built with its white on white color combo! I also have a 71 BB coupe. Although it doesnt matter to me I feel that these cars are still grossly underpriced and another 10 years or so from now these will be some serious collector cars of the C4 generation! My car was originally sold at Chapman Chevrolet in Tempe Arizona. One of the owners I was told was one of the cast members of WKRP in Cincinnati. The car was in AZ first went to Ca then to the middle of the country and I found it in Gaithersburg Md. These cars were so advanced for its time! |

For me the C4 and especially the 35th anniversary is one of the greatest, extraordinariest and most advanced cars of the eighties. Still like her smooth, dramatic and at the same time graceful design, her time ahead technique and the pure driving experience. Unfortunately (or fortunately?) undervalued in Europe. |

The first owner got the vette from a local dealer for his young son and the boy grew up and did not want a corvette, go figure; so I got this vette in 2004 with only 4080 miles; it is all original with the same tires that came on it. I have five corvettes and I really like the all white 35th Anniv vette. It has the white canvas seat covers and special Anniv floor mats and Borla exhaust. I trailer it to shows to keep the miles down. It has won in corvette shows as many have never seen an all white 1988 vette that looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. The VIN date shows this vette was made on 8/8/88. It lives in a heated a/c garage. |
